Once inside enjoy a pampered luxurious lifestyle.

The living area is comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated. The open floor plan flows from one room to the next. The white floor tiles give a feeling of openness and coolness. A large dining area consisting of a round wooden table with 6 chairs and is next to the kitchen. There are 3 bar stools by the kitchen counter. The living area consists of a sofa, love seat and single chair all made from solid wood with local fabric designs. Included for entertainment is a cable TV with some 60 channels including ESPN, CNN and all major US networks. A Hi Fi stereo system is also provided to enjoy colorful local sounds and CD's. The villa is equipped with an electronic safe for your valuables.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for preparation of full meals and snacks and comes with just about everything imaginable from a juicer and cooler, to egg cups and muffin tins. Large appliances include a full size frost free fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, full size stove, dishwasher, coffee maker. Daily house keeping is available as part of the rental except for Sundays and for a small fee, tasty local dishes and meals can be prepared for you by the housekeeper upon request. From the kitchen, a hallway leads to a powder bathroom and the 2 large bedrooms and the laundry facility. A mid size washer and dryer is located in the villa also with an iron and ironing board.




Two large 13x15 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king size bed, quiet temperature controlled air conditioning, a wicker chair, desk and chair, closet space, an ensuite consisting of a large shower and a mounted hair dryer. The Second bedroom consists of the same features of the ensuite as bedroom one, air conditioner, wicker chair, desk and chair and closet space, but is furnished with two double beds. All linens are provided including large beach towels. There is also a guest powder room off the main hall.
